Germany – Architectural, Construction, and Engineering Services for Building Physics

This contract involves the construction of a Music Technology Center that will showcase the history, present, and future of music technology through a new building. The planning team will assess how existing structures can be integrated into the new design or if they should be demolished. The building will include exhibition spaces, seminar/workshop/rehearsal rooms, areas for various events, workspaces, offices, ancillary rooms, a café, and an outdoor area, totaling approximately 1,100 square meters of gross floor area. The German Center for Music Technology aims to be a key player in German music culture and the music industry.
