Website and E-commerce Redesign with CRM Integration

The Poetry Society (TPS) is seeking service providers to assist in replacing an outdated manual database with a fully integrated Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and to modernize a 10-year-old website for improved accessibility and discoverability. This project will unfold over 18 months, from 2025 to 2026, and will be executed in five phases: Discovery, User Experience Design, Technical Development, Training and Implementation, and Future Support/Ongoing Learning. The selected supplier will collaborate closely with TPS staff and engage with external stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing any issues that arise. Key deliverables include planning and implementing the discovery process, creating a user-friendly website wireframe, developing the integrated CRM and webshop, transferring data from the legacy database, conducting training sessions for TPS users, and offering post-launch support. Strong project management skills and experience in delivering digital infrastructure on schedule are essential. The total contract value is £101,500, excluding VAT.
