Cloud-Based Enterprise Asset Management System

Nuclear Restoration Services Ltd (NRS) is seeking a supplier to provide, implement, and support a cloud-based Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) System. The solution must meet ISO 55000 standards and NRS's functional and non-functional requirements, including security, accessibility, and performance specifications. The successful supplier will be responsible for: supplying and configuring the EAM System in a cloud environment; providing ongoing maintenance, technical support, and Service Desk services including software updates; delivering training materials and personnel training for system administration, maintenance, workflow configuration, and reporting; ensuring the solution meets NRS's operational and business requirements; collaborating with a separately procured system integrator; and providing a comprehensive exit strategy with secure data migration and deletion protocols. The contract initially covers NRS's 13 existing sites, with potential expansion to additional sites including AGR facilities, Vulcan, and other sites that may become NRS's responsibility.
