Accounting Services for Financial and Human Resource Management Systems (2026-2028)

This contract opportunity is for comprehensive financial and human resource management systems and services. These services were outsourced in the fall of 2022, and the first three-year term will end on December 31, 2025. We are now seeking a reliable and innovative partner for the period of 2026–2028. The goal of the outsourcing is to achieve a modern, user-friendly, and cost-effective financial and human resource management system that operates entirely electronically. The service provider must have experience with the needs of educational organizers and project operations, a proactive approach, and a commitment to developing operations as a partner. We are continuously looking for new and effective solutions. The buyer will select one supplier to enter into a contract with; partial or joint offers will not be accepted. The service provider may use subcontractors. If the provider intends to subcontract part of the contract to third parties, this must be stated in the offer, along with the proposed subcontractors' names. The provider is responsible for the subcontractor's portion as if it were their own, and the subcontractors' work must meet the quality standards required in this request for proposal. The use of subcontractors must be described in the offer, and the same requirements apply to subcontractors as to the provider. The procurement quantities presented in the request for proposal are estimates, and the contract does not create a binding purchase obligation for the buyer. The selected supplier will not have exclusive rights to provide the services defined in the contract to the buyer. Offers should be prepared in a way that does not include trade secrets.
