    Brief

    This contract is for the supply of electricity to military facilities in the Gdynia region. The procurement will be conducted through an open tender process. The electricity supply covered by this contract will take place from September 1, 2025, to August 31, 2026. The buyer estimates the supply for 160 consumption points, with an expected volume of approximately 56,841 MWh. These points are located across 41 municipalities and are currently operating under 13 different tariff groups. The contract will be divided into four parts based on territorial areas. The consumption points are connected to the distribution networks owned by four Distribution System Operators: ENEA Operator Sp. z o.o. (2 points in Part III), Energa Operator S.A. (148 points in all parts), POLENERGIA Dystrybucja Sp. z o.o. (9 points: 5 in Part I and 4 in Part IV), and Zarząd Morskiego Portu Gdańsk S.A. (1 point in Part IV).
