Waste Collection Bins Procurement

The contract involves the procurement of wheeled bins with capacities of 1,100 liters, 240 liters, and 120 liters, as well as ground-level waste containers of 110 liters, as specified in the technical specifications of the Municipality of Acharnes. The municipality aims to acquire bins for the collection of mixed waste, recyclable materials, and ground-level bins for small waste. The current bins used by the municipality's cleaning services are up to twenty years old and are heavily worn or completely damaged due to daily use. Maintaining the good condition and functionality of these bins is essential to protect workers from musculoskeletal strain during waste collection and to ensure public health. Therefore, immediate replacement is necessary. The estimated value of the contract is €1,315,950.00, including 24% VAT (budget without VAT: €1,061,250.00, VAT: €254,700.00). Bids must be submitted for the entire procurement. Bidders must submit their offers for both groups, covering all types and quantities outlined in the contract.
