Construction of Retirement Home Expansion and Rehabilitation

The Aire sur la Lys Hospital Center is undertaking a project to upgrade its facilities in line with its medical project and objectives. This project involves the expansion and rehabilitation of the Residence de la Lys nursing home, which has a capacity of 80 beds. The work will take place while the facility is occupied, covering a total area of approximately 4,943.27 square meters. The entire project is divided into 12 lots. This procurement is being conducted through an open tender process, in accordance with the relevant articles of the Public Procurement Code. An adapted procedure is also being conducted in parallel, following specific articles of the Public Procurement Code.
