IT Software Development Services for Jimbolia City

The City of Jimbolia is seeking suppliers for IT software development services as part of the project "Digitalization of Jimbolia, Timiș County, through the development of ICT infrastructure." This project is funded by the National Recovery and Resilience Plan, specifically Component 10 – Local Fund, Investment I.1.2, which aims to ensure infrastructure for green transport and other ICT infrastructures. The main goal is to enhance the quality and transparency of administrative processes in Jimbolia by continuously implementing measures to simplify administrative procedures and reduce bureaucracy for citizens. These measures include optimizing internal processes through the digitalization of activities and adapting internal working procedures, as well as improving public interaction regarding the services provided by the local administration. Suppliers interested in this opportunity should note that they can request clarifications or additional information regarding the procurement documentation up to 18 days before the deadline for submitting offers. The contracting authority will respond to all requests for clarification within 11 days before the submission deadline.
