Waste Management Services – Illegal Waste Removal in Hungary 2025

The Jász-Nagykun-Szolnok County Government is seeking a contractor for the collection, transportation, and management of approximately 915 tons of hazardous and non-hazardous waste that has been illegally dumped in the administrative area of Jász-Nagykun-Szolnok County. The contractor will be responsible for on-site collection, sorting if necessary, and efficient transportation of the waste, including cutting and compressing it as needed. The contractor must also weigh the waste and ensure it is transferred to a licensed waste management operator according to the relevant waste management laws. The exact quantity of waste to be removed cannot be predetermined and will depend on emerging needs. After the waste is removed, the contractor must ensure the area is cleaned and provide photographic documentation of the cleaned site. The contractor is also required to maintain records and documentation in compliance with applicable waste management regulations. The government anticipates issuing approximately 10 direct orders for this work. The contractor must have all necessary equipment for waste collection, transportation, cutting, and compressing.
