Equipment Rental for Road Construction in Romania

This contract involves the rental of machinery and vehicles necessary for executing road construction and stone exploitation projects in Romania. The framework agreement will last for 48 months (2023 - 2027) and will include a maximum of three economic operators. The contract is divided into several lots: - **Lot 1**: Rental of vehicles for transporting materials (asphalt and aggregates) over an average distance of 80 km per trip, with a maximum contract value of 41,600,000 lei (excluding VAT) and the largest subsequent contract valued at 10,400,000 lei (excluding VAT). - **Lot 2**: Rental of machinery for road works (Bulldozer) with a maximum contract value of 2,512,000 lei (excluding VAT) and the largest subsequent contract valued at 314,000 lei (excluding VAT). - **Lot 3**: Rental of machinery for road works and asphalt station supply (Front loader with a bucket capacity of ≥ 3.0 m³) with a maximum contract value of 6,944,000 lei (excluding VAT) and the largest subsequent contract valued at 868,000 lei (excluding VAT). - **Lot 4**: Rental of machinery for road works (Bulldozer with scarifier) with a maximum contract value of 1,526,000 lei (excluding VAT) and the largest subsequent contract valued at 190,750 lei (excluding VAT). - **Lot 5**: Vehicles and machinery for stone exploitation in Dumbraveni quarry (16-ton dump truck; bulldozer with hammer) with a maximum contract value of 3,944,000 lei (excluding VAT) and the largest subsequent contract valued at 493,000 lei (excluding VAT). - **Lot 6**: Vehicles and machinery for stone exploitation in Sipote quarry (dump truck; tracked excavator with a bucket capacity of ≥ 1.7 m³; bulldozer with hammer) with a maximum contract value of 3,798,000 lei (excluding VAT) and the largest subsequent contract valued at 474,750 lei (excluding VAT). - **Lot 7**: Vehicles and machinery for stone exploitation in Garlita quarry (dump truck; front loader with a bucket capacity of ≥ 3.0 m³; tracked excavator with a bucket capacity of ≥ 1.7 m³; bulldozer with hammer) with a maximum contract value of 5,534,000 lei (excluding VAT) and the largest subsequent contract valued at 691,750 lei (excluding VAT). The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification or additional information within 11 days of the deadline for submitting offers. Suppliers can request clarifications up to 18 days before the submission deadline.
