Construction of 57 Housing Units in Lubbeek

This contract involves the first phase of a housing project in Lubbeek, which will ultimately consist of 91 housing units. The initial phase includes the construction of 57 homes, with a focus on ensuring that the access road for new residents is separate from construction traffic for the second phase. Infrastructure works, including utilities (electricity, water, telecommunications), drainage, and road construction, will be completed before the main construction begins. The project will not include a gas network. Additional infrastructure work will occur simultaneously with the housing construction, excluding landscaping around the second phase. Prior to construction, a collector will be installed by Aquafin in the project area and village center. The contracting authority reserves the right to repeat similar works through a negotiation procedure without prior announcement, with a maximum value of 8,000,000 euros or 34 additional housing units, which may be awarded in different phases.
