Romania – Supply of Various Medicines (279 Lots)

This contract opportunity involves the supply of medicines divided into 279 lots, as outlined in the specifications document. The technical specifications for the products involved can be found in Annex 1 of the specifications document. The estimated total maximum value of the framework agreements is 14,212,647.74 lei (excluding VAT). The maximum and minimum values for each lot, as well as for subsequent contracts, are detailed in the data sheet (section II.2.4 for each lot) and in the Annex to the specifications document. According to Article 160 (2) of Law 98/2016, in conjunction with Article 103 (2) of Government Decision 395/2016, the contracting authority has set the following deadlines for clarification requests: a) the deadline for receiving clarification requests is 14 days before the deadline for submitting offers; b) the authority will respond clearly and concretely to all clarification requests 11 days before the deadline for submitting offers.
