Construction of Energy Security Systems at the Naval Academy in Gdynia

This contract involves comprehensive construction work for the project titled 'Construction of Energy Security Systems at the Naval Academy in Gdynia.' The key components of the project include: 1) Installation of photovoltaic systems on the roofs of selected buildings (256, 265, 300, 353, 354, 355, 365) and as canopies over parking areas with energy storage. 2) Providing electrical power to all buildings in a double ring configuration, which includes: - Modernization of the electrical network, - Construction of two transformer stations, - Supply and installation of generators along with adapting existing generators for operation in the new microgrid. 3) Installation and configuration of a Power Management System (PMS). 4) Installation of systems to allow temporary power transfers for buildings. 5) Replacement of internal electrical installations, including switchboards, protections, and fire safety measures in buildings numbered 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 13, 14, 256, 278, 300, 353, 354, 355, 365, 367, 500, 507, 600, with final power transfer and connection to the network. 6) Necessary formalities and agreements required to activate the aforementioned networks and installations, including those resulting from: a) Energa Operator Connection Agreement No. P/24/072141/2 b) Energa Operator Connection to the power grid Agreement No. P/24/071922. The purpose of this investment is to enhance the overall energy and fire safety of the Naval Academy and to contribute to optimizing electricity consumption and reducing total energy costs. This investment aims to achieve a significantly higher level of energy security for the institution in securing its statutory activities by implementing renewable energy sources in current operations and thoroughly renovating electrical installations to achieve higher energy efficiency and stability of network operation.
