The contracting authority will establish framework supply agreements lasting 36 months, with an estimated 36 subsequent contracts based on required quantities and available budgetary allocations. Minimum and maximum quantities of the framework agreements, as well as estimated quantities and values of subsequent contracts, are detailed in the document 'ESTIMATED QUANTITIES AND VALUES OF FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT AND SUBSEQUENT CONTRACTS'. Suppliers can request clarifications up to 21 days before the deadline for submitting offers, and the contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all clarification requests on the 11th day before the submission deadline.
