Waste Collection and Management Services in Gotartów, Poland

This contract involves the collection and management of waste coded 19 12 04. The estimated quantity for collection and management is 2,400 Mg over the contract period. The waste will be collected and managed at facilities designated by the contractor, in compliance with applicable laws and the processes outlined in Annex 1 of the Waste Act. The estimated quantities are divided into two tasks: Task 1 at Z/I Gotartów, Kluczbork municipality – 1,200 Mg during the contract period, and Task 2 at Z/I Gotartów, Kluczbork municipality – 1,200 Mg during the contract period. Waste will be collected from the Z/I in Gotartów, Kluczbork municipality. Due to the unpredictable nature of waste quantities, the estimated amount may change, and the buyer reserves the right to reduce this quantity by up to 90% without any claims from the contractor for unfulfilled parts of the contract. The buyer guarantees a minimum of 10% of the estimated waste quantities for collection during the contract period. The contractor will use their own transportation for the service. The buyer will be responsible for loading the waste. The contractor must supervise the loading activities and ensure proper load security during transport, adhering to road safety regulations. The scales at the Z/I managed by the buyer have valid legal certification. Waste collection will be based on notifications sent by the buyer to the contractor, which can be done via email, fax, or phone. The notification must include details about the destination facility, business location number, transport entity information, estimated collection date, vehicle registration number, and driver's name. The contractor must provide a copy of the decision granting permission for waste processing within 7 days of receipt. If the contractor loses necessary permits, they must notify the buyer immediately, who may terminate the contract. Waste coded 19 12 04 is generated from unsorted municipal waste, selectively collected packaging waste, and other selectively collected waste. Due to the variability of waste directed for processing, the parties acknowledge that it is not possible to objectively determine the quality standard of the waste transferred under the contract, which may contain impurities. The contractor is required to process waste coded 19 12 04 and ensure that at least 40% by weight is recycled or reused. The contractor will provide the buyer with a statement detailing the types and quantities of waste processed, including final disposal information. The contractor must submit a summary of collected, processed, and generated waste within 7 days of the buyer's request. The waste will be stored loose and loaded onto transport vehicles in that form. The service will be provided in accordance with relevant laws, including the Waste Act, Environmental Protection Law, and regulations on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities.
