Project Management Services for Construction in Versonnex, France

This contract opportunity involves the selection of a project management service for the rehabilitation of the intercommunal waste disposal site located in Versonnex. The project is divided into two distinct phases, each with specific compensation. - Phase 1: Feasibility Study: The project manager will propose three development scenarios, including plans and functional diagrams for the two activities, highlighting the options to choose from. They will create a general timeline for implementation, considering administrative deadlines. Additionally, they will provide the necessary elements for the CAPG to prepare grant application files and any project presentation documents for elected officials. - Phase 2: Infrastructure Project Management Mission, which includes the following tasks: AVP/PRO/ACT/VISA/DET/AOR as defined by the Public Procurement Code. As part of this basic mission, the contractor will also be responsible for preparing the ICPE file and building permit, submitting them, and providing general assistance during their review phase. The project manager will also be entrusted with the OPC mission. Furthermore, this contract includes an additional mission related to establishing the topographical and geotechnical specifications necessary for consulting service providers (drafting specifications and, if necessary, price breakdown frameworks).
