Medical Supplies Procurement for Hospital in Krynica-Zdrój

This contract involves the supply of single-use medical products, equipment, and materials for the Independent Public Healthcare Institution - Dr. J. Dietl Hospital in Krynica-Zdrój. The contract will last for 24 months from the date of signing and includes 70 packages to be delivered to the buyer's location. Key requirements include: 1. A minimum 12-month warranty from the delivery date. 2. All products must be approved for sale and use in Poland. 3. Suppliers must indicate in their offers which parts of the contract will be subcontracted. 4. Packaging must include product information in Polish, production date, and expiration date.
