Network Servers Procurement for Modernization Project

This contract involves the purchase of new hardware and software as part of the project "Modernization and Expansion of Domain Systems and E-Services, along with Data Acquisition for the EGiB Database". The project is executed under the European Funds Program for Lower Silesia 2021-2027. The scope includes the delivery of 26 sets of equipment, each consisting of a deduplicator, a backup tool, and an uninterruptible power supply (UPS). The contractor will be responsible for delivering the equipment to specified locations, installing and configuring the devices, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and providing necessary documentation and training for the client's administrator. All equipment must be brand new, unused, and free from third-party rights. The contractor must also demonstrate a partnership status with the manufacturer of the deduplicators and provide service capabilities in Poland.
