Centralized Purchase of Personal Vehicles in the Czech Republic

The contract involves the supply of personal motor vehicles categorized as 4B diesel automatic. Each vehicle must include: • 2 keys or remote controls; • a second set of tires including rims (either summer or winter depending on the delivery date), or one or two sets of all-season tires including rims. The number of sets for all-season tires will be specified in the individual purchase agreement. Additionally, the following must be provided, if relevant under applicable law: • a printed and/or electronic manual for operation and maintenance in Czech; • a printed and/or electronic service book for the vehicle; • the original vehicle registration certificate in printed or electronic form; • a CoC document if applicable; • the original technical inspection report or certificate of technical suitability; • a detailed breakdown of operational and maintenance requirements (if not included in the service book); • any other accompanying documents in Czech. Service provision for the supplied vehicles may be requested by the buyer under the relevant purchase agreement. The expected number of vehicles to be procured during the framework agreement is 171, with a maximum total of 205 vehicles allowed. The implementation of the contract will occur throughout the duration of the framework agreement based on individual purchase contracts in accordance with public procurement law. The entities for which this public contract is awarded are also buyers not specified in the appendix regarding the number of required vehicles.
