    Brief

    This procurement procedure is organized to acquire 12 lots of various food products, including fresh, perishable, frozen items, and long shelf-life products. Detailed information regarding the types of products, estimated minimum and maximum quantities for the framework agreement and subsequent contracts for each product can be found in the specifications document and its annex. The quantities specified are indicative and do not constitute a contractual obligation. The food quantities have been determined based on the estimated consumption of the beneficiaries over a 12-month period. Two subsequent contracts will be awarded under the framework agreement: the first for a duration of 5 months and the second for 7 months, depending on the food needs for each period and the available budget at the time of contract award. The estimated value excluding VAT is 773,731 RON. The minimum and maximum estimated values for each subsequent contract are as follows: LOT 1: MEAT – min 15,682.50 / max 31,365.00; LOT 2: POULTRY AND OTHER FROZEN PRODUCTS – min 13,337.30 / max 26,674.60; LOT 3: MEAT PRODUCTS – min 19,598.00 / max 39,196.00; LOT 4: FROZEN FISH – min 7,277.50 / max 14,555.00; LOT 5: DAIRY PRODUCTS – min 14,231.10 / max 28,462.20; LOT 6: MISCELLANEOUS FOOD PRODUCTS – min 12,943.70 / max 25,887.40; LOT 7: FRUITS AND TROPICAL FRUITS – min 9,127.63 / max 18,255.25; LOT 8: VEGETABLES – min 17,274.33 / max 34,548.65; LOT 9: PROCESSED FRUITS AND VEGETABLES – min 13,722.70 / max 27,445.40; LOT 10: BREAD AND BAKERY PRODUCTS – min 13,464.61 / max 26,929.22; LOT 11: CONFECTIONERY PRODUCTS – min 2,583.00 / max 5,166.00; LOT 12: FOOD, BEVERAGES, AND RELATED PRODUCTS – min 19,372.50 / max 38,745.00. The two subsequent contracts will be awarded based on the food needs for each period and the existing budget at the time of contract award.
