Medical Nutrition Supply Contract

This contract involves the supply of medical nutrition and related accessories for a period of 4 years, starting from January 1, 2026, and ending on December 31, 2028. The contract consists of 9 different lots that can be awarded separately. Lot 1: Standard Enteral Nutrition, Lot 2: Special Enteral Nutrition, Lot 3: Specific Pediatric Enteral Nutrition, Lot 4: Hypercaloric Semi-Elemental Nutrition for Adults, Lot 5: Standard and Special Supplementary/Drink Nutrition, Lot 6: Baby Food, Lot 7: Thickening Agents for Dysphagia based on Gums, Lot 8: Modules/Powders, Lot 9: Water Containers and Other Accessories. For the lots you submit a bid for, all items must be fully completed, and a bid must be made for each item; otherwise, that lot will be considered not submitted. The awarded supplier for Lot 1, Standard Enteral Nutrition, must provide the necessary feeding pumps free of charge for the entire duration of the contract and under the full responsibility of the bidder. It is estimated that 60 feeding pumps need to be provided. This free provision must occur by December 1, 2025. The feeding pumps will be put into use starting January 1, 2026. The feeding pumps from the previous framework agreement can be collected starting January 31, 2026, by appointment via email to nathalie.tombal@terheide.be. All supplied materials must have ENFit connections and be free of latex and DEHP.
