Proposal Request for CRM and Grant Management System

Access - The Foundation for Social Investment is looking for proposals to supply, implement, and provide ongoing support for a new Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, along with programmes and grant management capabilities. The required system should facilitate contact and account management, administration of programmes and grants, event and conference management, advocacy and communications, as well as reporting and analytics. It should also integrate well with office productivity and digital marketing tools. Suppliers are invited to propose a suitable software solution and outline their implementation strategy, which should include project management, data migration, training, and risk management. Additionally, suppliers should provide information on licensing and support models, relevant experience, staff qualifications, references, and estimated costs. Please note that the budget mentioned is a minimum figure, and no maximum limit has been set. Value for Money will be a crucial criterion for shortlisting.
