Urban Planning and Landscape Architecture Services in Lithuania

The contract seeks urban planning and landscape architecture services for the modification of a detailed plan for a land plot located in Kiemeliai, Žiežmarių district, Kaišiadorių municipality. The planning objectives include: 1. Restructuring the land plot as defined by the detailed plan; 2. Planning transportation and engineering communication corridors; 3. Refining the boundaries of engineering corridors necessary for the operation of engineering and transportation structures; 4. Establishing street protection zones. The planning tasks involve: 1. Forming land plots on Ąžuolyno, Aušros, and Lubinų streets for operation, connecting these plots to land taken for public needs as per the land acquisition project approved by the National Land Service; 2. Creating an optimal communication corridor considering the functional structure of the area, existing and planned urban structures, and engineering infrastructure; 3. Identifying areas subject to special land use conditions for roads and preparing necessary documents and spatial data for registration in the Real Estate Register; 4. Complying with the requirements specified in the planning conditions issued by relevant authorities.
