Geolocation and Surveying Services for Underground Networks in France

This framework agreement involves supplementary investigations as outlined in Article R554-23 of the Environmental Code. It is part of the development of various projects, including roadworks, ecological restoration, underground network installations, and active mobility initiatives. The supplementary investigations for locating underground networks may include: 1. Non-destructive investigations, which involve geolocation measurements without excavation; 2. Destructive investigations, which require excavation to expose the relevant structures and conduct direct geolocation measurements on the exposed sections. The objectives of this framework agreement are to accurately locate structures near construction sites through detection measures, with or without excavation; to georeference the identified structures and update plans accordingly; and to mark the detected structures. The framework will be executed through the issuance of purchase orders, with each lot awarded separately. Services will be compensated based on unit prices, with estimated amounts calculated for one year.
