Construction Work for Energy Efficiency Improvements at SŠSOG Hradec Králové School Kitchen

This public procurement contract involves construction work aimed at improving energy efficiency at the SŠSOG Hradec Králové school kitchen located at V Lipkách 1523/7, 500 02 Hradec Králové. The goal is to achieve a minimum energy savings of 30% from non-renewable sources compared to the original state of the facility. Proposed improvements include the installation of a ventilation ceiling in the main kitchen and a heat recovery hood in the training kitchen. The existing ventilation unit, Atrea DUPLEX-BT-CHP 6000 from 2011, will remain in place, while the ventilation systems in other rooms will not be altered. Alongside the ventilation modifications, related electrical installations will be addressed, including the installation of new ceiling lights in the affected areas, along with necessary finishing work such as plastering and painting after the air conditioning installation. The proposed construction changes will not alter the use of the facility, affect load-bearing structures, or change the dimensions of building openings. During the installation of the ventilation system, only openings in non-load-bearing walls up to 800 mm will be created, secured with steel profiles. All work must comply with the buyer's conditions, the developed project documentation, and other requirements outlined in the public procurement conditions and the contract. The contract also includes provisions for mandatory publicity. The supplier acknowledges that the construction work does not include the supply of kitchen technology and related services, which are covered by a separate public procurement contract. The supplier is also required to provide all necessary cooperation to the supplier of the kitchen technology during the construction work.
