Construction of New Primary School in Traunreut

This project involves the construction of the new Primary School Nord in Traunreut. The building will consist of a basement, ground floor, and upper floor. The basement will include technical rooms for heating, ventilation, and sanitation, various storage rooms, and a gym with sanitary facilities. The ground floor will feature several classrooms, group rooms, staff rooms, a larger sanitary core, and dining halls with an adjacent kitchen and auditorium. The upper floor will have additional classrooms and ancillary rooms, as well as two sanitary cores. There will be three staircases connecting all floors. The site is bordered to the north and east by Bodelschwinghstraße, which provides the only access to a residential area located to the west. This residential area is separated from the construction site by a terrain drop and tree cover. To the south, the existing primary school is located on the same property. The existing school building next to the construction site will remain operational throughout the construction period, with classes primarily held in the morning. Noise-intensive work should be scheduled for the afternoon. Access to the construction site will be from the northeast side at Bodelschwinghstraße, with the main access point planned for the middle of the eastern property boundary. Bidders are strongly advised to familiarize themselves with the location and condition of the construction site, including access and storage options, in relation to the nature and scope of the work required. Sanitary requirements include: - 400 meters of wastewater pipes - 300 meters of internal rainwater pipes - 1300 meters of drinking water pipes - 1 fresh water circulation system (175 kW) - 35 decentralized instantaneous water heaters - 32 toilets, 13 urinals, 28 washbasins - 1 drinking water pressure boosting system - 1 wastewater lifting system.
