Vehicle Parts Repair and Maintenance Services

This contract is for a framework agreement for metal-rubber vulcanization services, executed according to the technology provided by the contracting authority. Subsequent contracts will generally be awarded quarterly, in line with the contracting authority's budget and actual service needs. The framework agreement will be valid for 24 months from the date of signing. The specifications document, including the necessary information for the service provider to develop the REPAIR technology, is attached to this announcement. Specific details about the services covered by the framework agreement are outlined in the specifications document, including general details applicable in the main text and specific details for each service in annexes 1 and 6. Minimum and maximum quantities and values of services to be purchased over the 24-month period are provided in annex 7. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all clarification requests on the 11th day before the deadline for submitting offers. Suppliers can request clarifications up to 18 days before the submission deadline. The framework agreement will be concluded with the highest-ranked bidder among the admissible offers. No electronic auction will be held to determine the economic operators participating in the framework agreement.
