Copier Maintenance Services in Romania

This contract opportunity involves subscription-based copier maintenance services, charged per copy, divided into four lots: Lot 1 - XEROX, Lot 2 - OCE-CANON, Lot 3 - TOSHIBA, and Lot 4 - EPSON. The estimated value of the contract ranges from 1,395,378.15 lei to 2,093,067.23 lei (excluding VAT). The minimum estimated value (1,395,378.15 lei excluding VAT) reflects the expected value of this procedure until December 31, 2025, which will be used to prepare and evaluate bids. The maximum estimated value (2,093,067.23 lei excluding VAT) includes potential additional costs until April 30, 2026. The contracting authority reserves the right to opt for additional services, contingent upon the availability of allocated financial resources (as per Article 165, paragraph (1), letter b of HG no. 395/2016). According to Article 165, paragraph (1), letter d of HG no. 395/2016, the extension of the initial service contract cannot exceed four months from the expiration of the initial performance period. Suppliers can request clarifications up to 18 days before the bid submission deadline. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all clarification requests on the 11th day before the established deadline for bid submissions.
