Training Services for Unify and Vidicode Systems

The purpose of this contract is to conduct training for 10 employees of ESO EAD on the use of UNIFY (OpenScape 4000 Duplex with integrated SoftGate OpenScape Xpert installed on Lenovo ThinkSystem SR250 Server and their associated dispatcher terminals and peripherals) covering central dispatcher management (CDM) and the four territorial dispatcher managements (TDM), as well as recording devices produced by VIDICODE (Call Recorder Apresa), installed on Apresa Super Micro 1U Server and external archiving devices produced by Tandberg Data (RDX Quikstor External USB3+) with the ability to archive and listen. The training will be conducted in two phases. Each phase includes one training session for 10 employees of ESO EAD. For each of the two phases, the contracting authority will send a training order. The training for each phase is conducted for 10 employees of ESO EAD and each training session lasts for 5 working days. Within 10 calendar days after sending a training order for 10 employees of ESO EAD, the contractor is obliged to propose and provide a suitable venue for its conduct, located in one of the following cities: Sofia, Plovdiv, Pleven, or Varna for the training.
