Software Development and Consulting Services for Law Enforcement Data Search System

The supplier is required to provide services to the Department of Information and Communications under the Ministry of the Interior of the Republic of Lithuania as outlined in the contract. The services include: 1. Integration of a universal data search system for law enforcement agencies (referred to as the Browser) with various national and EU information systems, including: a. European Travel Information and Authorisation System (ETIAS); b. European Criminal Records Information System (ECRIS); c. Centralized system for identifying third-country nationals with criminal records (ECRIS-TCN); d. European Search Portal (ESP); e. Simplified Transit Document Information System (STDIS); f. Register of suspects, accused, and convicted persons (IKNR); g. Enhancements to the functionality of the Browser integrated with the Schengen Information System (SIS). 2. Additional services as needed, based on the hourly rate specified in the supplier's proposal, with a maximum of 640 working hours available for purchase. These additional hours can be used for modifications or creation of new functions to ensure the Browser meets project objectives. 3. Free maintenance for the results produced under sections 1 or 2 during the contract period, and a 12-month free warranty maintenance after the signing of the final service acceptance document.
