Construction Works for Heating System Modernization in Bytom (2025-2027)

This contract involves construction works as part of the project "Modernization of the Heating System in the City of Bytom from 2025 to 2027". The project is co-financed by the Priority Program – 8.6.4 Co-financing of projects implemented under the European Funds for Infrastructure, Climate, Environment 2021-2027 (FEnIKS). The contract is divided into two parts: Part A involves the construction of a heating chamber with the installation of DN600 valves near the Municipal Park on Olimpijska Street in Bytom. This includes building the heating chamber at the location of existing pre-insulated pipelines, equipping it with shut-off valves, drainage for the pipelines, and modifications to the existing DN1500 absorption well into a DN1500 closed cooling well. Part B involves the reconstruction of the heating network in the area of Tuwima and Kilara Streets, including connections to buildings at Chorzowska 12d, Kilara 29, and Tuwima 15c, 19 in Bytom. This includes the reconstruction of the local heating network to a pre-insulated network with diameters ranging from 2Dn250 to 2Dn100 over approximately 642 meters, reconstruction of connections to pre-insulated pipes with diameters from 2Dn80 to 2Dn50 over approximately 156 meters, and the installation of two heating chambers with measurement and control systems and electrical supply connections.
