Electronic Lock System for Ikast-Brande Municipality

Ikast-Brande Municipality is seeking suppliers for the delivery of an electronic lock system. This system will provide secure access, unlocking, and locking of entrance doors primarily for residents receiving services from the municipality. The contract includes the supply of electronic locking devices (Automatic Door Control - ADK units - approximately 785 units for the main delivery, with additional purchases to follow), along with all necessary hardware and fittings for installation and full use of the devices, as well as spare parts for repairs and extending the products' lifespan. Additionally, the contract grants the municipality access to the supplier's associated IT system, which includes an administration system and an access device (app), along with servicing and hosting of the IT system, including support functions. The setup of ADK units and removal of old key boxes will occur at all addresses where electronic locks are to be established during the contract implementation. Training for the municipality's staff will be provided during the implementation period, covering the administration system, setup and maintenance of ADK units, and use of the hardware and software solution.
