Engineering Services for River Restoration

This contract involves engineering services for the restoration and replacement measures related to the natural habitats affected by the A9 motorway project in Switzerland. Specifically, it focuses on the section of the A9 motorway from Siders East to Leuk/Susten East, which runs through the Pfynwald nature reserve. The project includes five key measures for river restoration, covering SIA phases 32 to 53. The main tasks include restructuring and renaturalizing the river course and/or the mouth of the old and new Raspille, redesigning the Fühla region by creating a pond, and restoring and expanding wetlands (Leukerfeldbach) on the left bank of the Rhône, complementing previously completed measures for the A9 and the golf course in Leukerfeld.
