Architectural Services for Municipal Pool Renovation in Samoëns, France

The project involves the selection of a contractor for the renovation and rehabilitation of the municipal swimming pool in Samoëns. The contractor will be responsible for several key tasks, including: - Preliminary studies (APS) to assess the project scope. - Final preliminary studies (APD) to prepare necessary documentation and consultations for obtaining building permits and other administrative approvals, as well as assisting the project owner during the approval process. - Project studies (PRO) to develop detailed plans. - Assistance with public works contract procurement (AMT). - Compliance checks and execution visa. - Supervision of the construction work (DET). - Support during the reception of the project (AOR) and throughout the warranty period.
