Potato Supply Contract in Romania

The Romanian Ministry of Defense is seeking suppliers for the provision of potatoes and other vegetables as outlined in the specifications document. Suppliers can request clarifications or additional information up to 11 days before the deadline for submitting offers, with a total of 18 days available for such requests. The contract is valid until December 31, 2025, with the possibility of extension through an additional act until April 30, 2026, in accordance with Article 165 of HG395/2016. The minimum value indicated is the estimated value for this procedure, which will be used to prepare and evaluate offers. The maximum value represents potential increases up to the maximum level, depending on needs and available funds, also until April 30, 2026, as per Article 165 of HG 395/2016. For lots 2, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 20, and 21, the validity will be until December 31, 2025.
