Demolition and Landscaping Works for New Science Reflection Center

The Leibniz University of Hanover is constructing a new building (Building 1150) for the Center for Science Reflection on its campus. Once the facade is completed and the scaffolding is removed, work on the outdoor facilities will commence. During this period, various trades will also be working on-site. Before restoring the surfaces, parts of the supply and disposal lines, including a drainage trench and a cistern, need to be constructed. The surfaces in this area and around the new building must be developed according to the new landscaping plan. This tender includes gardening and landscaping work, demolition, and soil improvement, as well as the construction of drainage systems, including rainwater infiltration trenches. Additionally, a cistern with empty conduits and a pressure line must be installed for the ISAH Institute. This project encompasses the tendering of outdoor facilities.
