Travel Management Services in Spain

This contract is for providing technical assistance in travel management and organizing transportation and accommodation for members of the Corporation and staff of the DPH and ADH, both domestically and internationally. The service will include all functions typical of a travel agency, such as information, advice, travel planning, reservation management (confirmation, issuance, modification, or cancellation), ticket issuance for regular or low-cost transport, accommodation bookings, vehicle rentals, etc., both within Spain and abroad. The aim is to apply the most advantageous rates available at all times. If necessary, the service will also manage any required administrative documents for travel, such as visas, customs management, excess baggage, special insurance, etc.
