MRI Equipment Supply and Installation for Radomsko County Hospital

This contract involves the supply and installation of Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) equipment at the Radomsko County Hospital. The scope of work includes: 1. Delivery of the MRI machine, including installation and commissioning. 2. Creation of an MRI laboratory, which encompasses: a) Installation of necessary infrastructure and utilities to support the MRI equipment. b) Training for staff on how to operate the MRI machine. c) Warranty service, including free inspections and the costs associated with the service engineer's travel. d) Adaptation of existing technical and construction infrastructure to ensure safe operation of the MRI equipment, including power supply and necessary channels. e) Provision of all accessories and elements required for the operation of the MRI machine without the need for additional purchases. 3. A site visit is scheduled for March 26 and March 31, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Radomsko County Hospital, located at ul. Jagiellońska 36. Interested parties must report to room 1098 (Economic Section) or room 1099 (Public Procurement) to obtain necessary information and confirm attendance. Attendance is mandatory, and failure to attend will result in the rejection of the offer as per Article 226, paragraph 18 of the Public Procurement Law. 4. This investment is part of a funding project aimed at improving access to and quality of oncological care for hospitals included in the National Oncological Network, financed by the National Reconstruction Plan (KPO). The project is titled 'Development of High-Specialized Medical Infrastructure at Radomsko County Hospital.'
