Aeronautical Ground Lighting Fixtures, Fittings and Components Supply Framework

Manchester Airport Group (MAG) is establishing a Multi-Supplier Framework to procure Aeronautical Ground Lighting (AGL) fixtures, fittings, and components for three UK airports: Manchester (MAN), East Midlands (EMA), and Stansted (STN). This framework will enable flexible purchasing through both Direct Award and Mini-Competition mechanisms, allowing MAG to efficiently manage its diverse lighting asset base. The procurement will follow a Competitive Flexible Procedure (CFP) that evaluates suppliers on Technical Competency (including Environmental, Social, and Governance considerations), Commercial Value, and Legal Compliance. Multiple suppliers will be appointed to the framework, with detailed requirements and evaluation criteria provided in the tender documents.
