Support for Public Administration Reform in North Macedonia

This project aims to assist the Ministry of Information Society and Administration in North Macedonia with the public administration reform process. It focuses on the management and implementation of Sector Budget Support, which is a financial mechanism to enhance public services. The project includes two main components: 1) Providing technical assistance to the EU Delegation and the Ministry in designing, managing, monitoring, evaluating, and reporting on sector reforms and priorities; 2) Conducting a feasibility study and preparing technical documentation for the establishment of a National Data Centre, as outlined in the National ICT Strategy's Action Plan. This initiative seeks to engage civil society organizations, business communities, and various donors in the implementation and monitoring of key public administration reform activities.
