Brief

This contract involves the delivery of five brand new, single-section city buses powered by hydrogen fuel cells. These buses are part of a standardized family from a single manufacturer, with a total length between 11,500 mm and 12,200 mm, and must meet the necessary traffic regulations. Each hydrogen bus must have at least 60 seats, including a minimum of 26 seated and at least 7 accessible from a low floor. The vehicles must comply with the technical requirements set by the Minister of Infrastructure's regulation from December 31, 2002, regarding vehicle technical conditions and necessary equipment. The contractor is required to: - Provide a warranty under the conditions specified by the buyer, - Grant a license for the software of the supplied equipment, - Offer service support as outlined in the Terms of Reference and the contract. The scope of the contract includes: - Training for 10 of the buyer's employees on the proper operation and maintenance of the buses, to be conducted within an agreed timeframe, no later than 10 days after the first buses are received, - Adapting the vehicles to meet the standards for passenger information systems already in use by the buyer, - Equipping the buses with safety systems and driver assistance technologies, such as blind spot monitoring, driver fatigue monitoring, tire pressure monitoring, and internal and external vehicle monitoring with video recording capabilities for at least 2 weeks.
