    Brief

    This contract involves the supply of electricity with an estimated total volume of 11,998,386 MWh (with a 15% positive tolerance) for the period from January 1, 2026, to December 31, 2027. The supplier will also act as the Balancing Responsible Entity for all of the buyer's consumption points, including two points for consumption and generation. The electricity will be supplied for the needs of the buyer's facilities. The contractor must sign a sales agreement for electricity and a separate agreement for the purchase of surplus energy produced from renewable sources that is not used by the buyer. Relevant contracts must be signed before the change of the electricity supplier on the energy market information exchange platform. The distribution system operator for all facilities involved is TAURON Dystrybucja S.A. The buyer will provide the contractor with necessary data and documents electronically, and detailed requirements for the execution and acceptance of the contract are outlined in the attached documents.
