Supply of Crane and Valve Spare Parts for Gas Pipeline IGB

This public procurement contract is divided into 8 specific lots as follows: Lot 1: Supply of spare parts for 'Valvitalia' cranes; Lot 2: Supply of spare parts for 'Viar' cranes; Lot 3: Supply of spare parts for 'GFS' valves; Lot 4: Supply of spare parts for 'Masoneilan' valves; Lot 5: Supply of spare parts for 'Vastas' cranes; Lot 6: Supply of spare parts for 'Pietro Fiorentini' valves; Lot 7: Supply of spare parts for 'Self Climat' overflow cranes; Lot 8: Supply of spare parts for 'Magnetrol' flow switches. Each lot includes: a. Basic quantities of spare parts as per the Technical Specification; b. An option for additional quantities of spare parts up to 10% of the estimated value of the main volume. This option is at the discretion of the Contracting Authority and is not mandatory. The assignment can be realized within 12 months from the signing of the Contract. Participants in the open procedure can submit offers for Lots 1 to 4 according to the Technical Specification. Offers for Lots 5 to 8 are not accepted in this open procedure. Deliveries for Lots 5 to 8 will be assigned based on their individual values, according to Article 21, paragraph 6 of the Public Procurement Act, specifically through direct assignment as per Article 20, paragraph 4, item 3 of the Public Procurement Act. The estimated total value for Lots 5 to 8, which will be assigned through direct assignment, is EUR 37,950 excluding VAT and does not exceed 20% of the total value of this public procurement contract. The value of any of Lots 5 to 8 does not exceed 156,464 BGN excluding VAT, in accordance with the requirements of Article 21, paragraph 6 of the Public Procurement Act. The estimated values for Lots 5 to 8 are as per point 5 below.
