Food Products Procurement in Romania

The purpose of this framework agreement is to procure food products for beneficiaries of the Social Assistance Canteen, the Day Center for Children with Special Needs 'Luchian', the Night Shelter Social Center, and the Community Center 'Romanii', all under the authority of the contracting authority – Baia Mare Social Assistance Directorate. The products to be supplied are divided into 12 lots as follows: Lot 1: Pork and pork products, Lot 2: Beef, Lot 3: Poultry and eggs, Lot 4: Fish, Lot 5: Meat preparations, Lot 6: Canned vegetables, fruits, and meat, Lot 7: Various products, spices, and condiments, Lot 8: Sweets, Lot 9: Milk and dairy specialties, Lot 10: Fresh and frozen vegetables and fruits, Lot 11: Fresh bread and pastry products, Lot 12: Pasta and oils. Details regarding the types, maximum and minimum quantities, and minimum requirements for each product lot, which will form the basis for the technical and economic offers, can be found in the specifications document and Annex 1 to the specifications.
