Framework Agreement for Workwear and Outdoor Clothing in Lindesnes Municipality

Lindesnes Municipality is seeking suppliers to enter into a framework agreement for the procurement of workwear and outdoor clothing for various municipal employees. This includes staff working in nurseries, before-and-after-school care, home care services, therapeutic environments, mental health services, residential teams, the Frisklivssentralen, physiotherapy, occupational therapy, and health centers. Suppliers must provide workwear as specified in Annex 4a of the Product and Price Form. Please note that this agreement does not cover uniforms, technical workwear, or protective equipment. The framework agreement will be available for use by all units within Lindesnes Municipality. For detailed information regarding the procurement requirements, refer to Part II Annex 1 of the Contracting Authority's Need and Requirement Specifications. The agreement will be signed with one supplier and will be valid for two years, with the possibility of extending for an additional one year plus another year, making the maximum duration four years. The estimated annual value of the contract is approximately NOK 1-1.5 million excluding VAT, with a total estimated value of NOK 6 million excluding VAT over the four-year period. The contract allows for a total call-off value of NOK 12 million excluding VAT.
