Lawn Care Services for the Municipality of Sosnowiec

This contract involves providing lawn care services for the Municipality of Sosnowiec. The project is divided into nine parts: 1. Mowing main communication routes covering up to 950,592 m², including green waste management. 2. Mowing main communication routes covering up to 803,370 m², including green waste management. 3. Mowing road verges covering up to 602,688 m², including green waste management. 4. Mowing road verges covering up to 227,758 m², including green waste management. 5. Mowing road verges covering up to 506,114 m², including green waste management. 6. Mowing road verges covering up to 202,602 m², including green waste management. 7. Mowing road verges covering up to 85,718 m², including green waste management. 8. Mowing playgrounds, outdoor gyms, and street workout areas covering up to 228,312 m², including green waste management. 9. Mowing the S86/DK94 route covering up to 114,652 m², including green waste management. A detailed description of the contract is provided in Annex 3 of the SWZ (Terms of Reference). The contracting authority will execute the contract in two scopes: guaranteed (basic) for parts 1-9, and optional for parts 1-7. The optional scope allows for additional mowing of streets listed in Annex 3 of the SWZ. The contracting authority reserves the right to exercise the option as per Article 441(1) of the Public Procurement Law. The execution of the optional scope is at the discretion of the contracting authority, which may choose not to exercise it or to do so to a lesser extent than specified in Annex 3. If the contracting authority opts for the additional mowing service, the contractor must fulfill it under the terms specified in the contract.
