Supply of Electrical Equipment for Social Services Facility in Vrchlabí

This public procurement contract involves the supply of electrical equipment for a newly constructed social services facility in Vrchlabí. The supplier will be responsible for delivering the equipment according to the technical specifications provided by the contracting authority. Key responsibilities include: a) transportation to the installation site, assembly, installation, and commissioning of the equipment, including functionality verification and operational testing as per applicable regulations; b) training for staff; c) issuing training certificates for staff; d) signing a handover protocol; e) providing comprehensive warranty service and repairs, including spare parts; f) delivering necessary documentation for the use of the equipment, such as user manuals in Czech (also in electronic format), relevant certificates, and compliance declarations; g) environmentally disposing of packaging materials; h) maintaining cleanliness at the installation site and restoring it to its original condition after installation; i) ensuring protection for all structures and equipment that may be damaged during delivery; j) performing any additional activities that are essential for the completion of the contract. The delivery will be carried out according to the prepared project documentation and bill of quantities. All equipment must be approved by the buyer and user before delivery.
