Supply of Bread and Pastries for Police School in Pila

This contract involves the ongoing supply of bread and pastries to the Police School in Pila, with an estimated total of 27,420 kg required. Detailed specifications and a complete list of the products to be supplied, along with estimated quantities, are provided in the attached Specification Document (Annex 2). These quantities are estimates and do not obligate the buyer to purchase the specified amounts. According to Article 433, point 4 of the Public Procurement Law, the buyer reserves the right not to fulfill up to 50% of the total gross remuneration. In such cases, the supplier will not have any financial or legal claims. Delivery, unloading, and placement of the products will be at the supplier's expense, included in the product prices. Deliveries must be made using the supplier's vehicles approved for transporting food. The supplier must have a valid registration certificate from the relevant authorities, in accordance with the Food Safety Act, and must be under constant supervision by the appropriate authorities. All products must meet the legal requirements for food production and trade, and must be produced and marketed in compliance with HACCP standards.
