IT Hardware Procurement and Services

Lucas Onderwijs (LO) is seeking to contract a hardware broker capable of supplying the requested IT hardware and related services. This includes providing an internal ordering portal with a standard selection of Lucas products, a standard delivery process, and management agreements. These agreements cover aspects such as handling warranty claims through LO's IT management service desk and ensuring proper integration of the equipment into the management environment. The estimated value of the framework agreement is up to 5 million euros per year, excluding VAT. Over a total duration of four years, the estimated value could reach up to 20 million euros, excluding VAT, which includes implementation costs. This estimate also accounts for additional services that can be requested as needed by LO.
