    Brief

This procurement opportunity involves signing a Framework Agreement with a duration of 48 months from the date of its entry into force. The agreement will establish the terms, conditions, and legal, financial, technical, and administrative framework for awarding subsequent contracts. These contracts will ensure that suppliers can safely, efficiently, and effectively execute works related to the regeneration, modernization (rehabilitation), and maintenance of urban areas. The subsequent contracts will generally focus on implementing urban regeneration projects within the administrative unit of Sector 4 in Bucharest. The duration of these contracts may exceed the framework agreement's duration and will continue until the complete execution of the activities involved, considering any extensions or defect remediation periods. The estimated minimum and maximum quantities of works during the framework agreement and for each subsequent contract are detailed in the annex to the specifications. It is important to note that the quantities specified in the procurement documentation are estimates and may vary based on the actual needs of the contracting authority. The estimated value of the largest subsequent contract is 801,557,288.79 lei. Suppliers can request clarifications up to 18 days before the deadline for submitting offers, and requests made after this period will not be considered. The contracting authority will respond to all clarification requests clearly and completely on the 11th day before the submission deadline. Subsequent contracts will also be financed from other legally constituted financial sources, including national and European Union funds (PNRR, POR, etc.).
